Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or replaced.
All of our orders are dispatched from our central hub, located in Nagpur, Maharashtra,

Within Maharashtra – 3-4 days
Rest of India – 5-6 days
Zone E cities ( border cities ) – 6-7 days
Currently, we are only available in PAN INDIA.
Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, the actual delivery time may vary.
We request you to accept the delivery yourself to avoid any confusion. If unavailable, please coordinate with the delivery team to ensure you get your package on time.
We recommend that you do not accept the delivery if the package has been tampered with, broken or there are signs of spillage or leakage.
Return Policy
If the products received are damaged or broken, or the order is missing products, please do not open the seal pack and share the images/ videos of the parcel on our email address snica.customercare@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 86682 79863 within 3 days of delivery.
Any damaged or broken product shall be replaced with new ones. A refund of your money is not possible, but we will replace your product, at no additional cost.
After 3 days of delivery, Snica Beauty is not liable for any claims related to exchange, return, refund or damages.
In case the product is damaged and the proof of damage has been accepted, you have to pack the product and we will attempt reverse shipping.
If you receive a wrong order, please do not open the airtight cushion, seal and drop us an email with the images or videos of your order and we will replace your product ASAP. Snica Beauty will then be liable for any additional delivery charges.
No refund, exchange or cancellations are issued if the packaging of the product is different from the images shown on the website.

If you want to cancel your order, you can do it before it has been shipped, otherwise it cannot be canceled. Incorrect Products: In the case of products received which are not ordered by you, please do not open the airtight cushion or seal, drop us an email with images of incorrect products within 3 days. Once we receive the wrong product, we will dispatch the actual product. Snica Beauty will bear the charges to receive the incorrect product, as well as the charges to ship the product you ordered originally.
Damaged products: If you receive a product which is damaged, please do not open the AirTight Cushion , Seal and report with images at our email address snica.customercare@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 86682 79863 within 3 days of delivery. No refunds are accepted if the airtight cushion Seal is open . Let us know within 3 days of receiving the products. At the time of delivery if there are any leaks or the shipping box is damaged when you get it , don’t accept the order and please let us know.
